Can I pay by snail-mail?
Yes, you can! Simply Ask snail-mail via e-mail

Do you ship worlwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide (NO exceptions!).

What are your shipping rates?

For European customers - just sample - if you'll order 1 CD, then you'll pay +5 Euro for shipping (recommended par avia!), then if you'll order 10 CD's for example - then you'll pay just 10 Euro for shipping in total. Econom postage is possible too, in this case: (again for example) - for 1 CD shipping you'll pay just 1 Euro, for 10 CD's postage you'll pay just 5 Euro. In this case your order will be shipped by standard (not recommended) parcel (not par avia).
For oversea custormers (America, Oceania and etc...) - if you'll order 1 CD, then you'll pay +5 USD for shipping (recommended par avia!), then if you'll order 10 CD's for example - then you'll pay just 13 USD for shipping in total. Econom postage is possible too, in this case: (again for example) - for 1 CD shipping you'll pay just 2USD, for 10 CD's postage you'll pay just 7 USD. In this case your order will be shipped by standard (not recommended) parcel (not par avia).

How can I check my order-status online?

You can check your order status/details online anytime by logging in to Your Account! (Just click "My Account" link located in the upper right corner of the site).

How long it will take for my order to arrive?

Europe and Overseas - by par avia post usually it takes about 7 days. Not par avia for Europe - 1-3 weeks.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do NOT accept accept exchanges! We will not accept returns because you didn’t like what you ordered, that’s why we try to provide detailed & accurate descriptions of the items on our catalogue.
